As a leading enterprise, it recognized the need to establish comprehensive brand guidelines to unify the production process for video projects.

The primary goal was to standardize creative partnerships by establishing a uniform set of brand guidelines that covered all aspects of video production. The client had an extensive list of regulatory, branding, and production requirements, as well as a vast database of motion graphics templates (MOGRTs), but these were dispersed across dozens of outdated documents and hard-to-read printouts.


This scattered and inconsistent information caused confusion among creative partners, leading to off-brand submissions that didn't align with the company's branding and production requirements.
