The client, a North American telecommunications company in a phase of hypergrowth, faced a critical challenge: it lacked a cohesive content strategy to support the company's reseller partners. With demand for white-labeled sales content rapidly increasing, the company needed a scalable solution to empower its network more effectively.

Amato Consulting employed a strategy built on an in-depth segmentation of the target audience of resellers, including the development of detailed personas, to understand user needs and preferences. This foundational work led to the creation of tailored content, including one-pagers, datasheets, and various handouts.
These materials were designed to be easily adaptable, allowing for rapid customization—less than 15 minutes per asset—to better support the dynamic needs of more than 300 reseller partners, each with thousands of customers.
